Ohne Kater is produced in Germany using Muskateller grapes, which are ideal for non-alcoholic wine due to their resilience and rich aroma. Muskateller, or Muscat, is a grape variety used primarily to make sweet wines. However, this non-alcoholic white wine is an excellent example of how well this grape variety is also suited to alcohol removal, resulting in a dry and balanced non-alcoholic white wine. 0.0%
