1 General terms and conditionsÂ
These Terms and Conditions contain the terms and conditions for the ordering, delivery and cancellation of Products ordered through the freespiritdrink.com e-commerce service ("Service") of Free Spirit Drinks Ltd ("Free Spirit"). In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act apply to the sale of the Products.
By ordering products from the Service, the Customer accepts the terms and agrees to be bound by these terms. In addition, the Service contains notices and operating instructions that further specify these Terms. Free Spirit Drinks reserves the right to change the content of the Service and these Terms. You agree to any changes when you use the Service. The current Terms and Conditions are available on the Free Spirit website.
2 DefinitionsÂ
Consumer Customer or Customer means a natural person using the Service who orders Products for his/her private use.
Free Spirit Drinks non-alcoholic product means a Free Spirit Drinks beverage product containing no more than 0.5% by volume of ethyl alcohol.
Product means all products sold by Free Spirit Drinks.
3 Ordering and delivery of productsÂ
General information about ordering .
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to Free Spirit Drinks. Free Spirit Drinks shall not be liable for any damage or disruption caused to the Customer or any third party by incorrect information provided by the Customer.
Free Spirit Drinks has the right to cancel any order placed by the Customer if the Customer violates or circumvents the terms and conditions of the Service or acts in violation of law or good practice. Free Spirit Drinks reserves the right to refuse to sell or deliver the Products to the Customer.
The main features and price of each Product or Service are indicated on the product page. The allergens contained in the product will be indicated on the product label and/or supplementary label. Prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated. The availability of the Product and any restrictions on availability will also be indicated. In the event of delivery difficulties for the Product ordered, Free Spirit Drinks will contact the Customer.
Free Spirit Drinks shall not be liable for any damages caused by any failure, error or delay in the processing or delivery of orders due to any cause other than the Service. Free Spirit Drinks shall not be liable for any damage caused by force majeure or similar causes of undue hardship, including, without limitation, acts of public authority, war or threat thereof, riot or insurrection, Free Spirit Drinks:a disruption in the flow of mail, automated data processing, data transmission, other electronic communications or electricity supply beyond the control of Free Free Free Drinks, an interruption caused by fire or other casualty, or industrial action such as a strike, lockout, boycott or blockade. Force majeure or any other circumstance referred to above shall entitle Free Spirit Drinks to suspend the delivery of orders indefinitely.
Ordering products from the online shopÂ
Free Spirit Drinks has no legal obligation to monitor the age of Customers when selling non-alcoholic products. Customers may place an order for products on the Service either by registering as a user of the Service or without registration. The order placed is binding on the Customer once the order has been accepted and paid for.
Free Spirit Drinks reserves the right to impose restrictions or conditions on the number of Products ordered. Any product-specific purchase restrictions or special conditions relating to Products will be shown on the Product card when ordering the Product.
Special ordersÂ
The customer can make an enquiry about a special order (e.g. large order quantities, which may be combined with a promotional discount) for products from the Free Spirit Drinks range by visiting freespiritdrink.com and filling in the online contact form or by sending an email to contact@freespiritdrink.com. If the product(s) are available, a purchase commitment is required from the customer to place a special order. Special orders are non-refundable and may include an advance payment.
4 Payment methodsÂ
The Customer shall pay for the ordered Products at the time of ordering using payment methods accepted by Free Spirit Drinks.
Free Spirit Drinks reserves the right to set limits on the value of the total order, depending on the payment method chosen.
Online shop ordersÂ
Payment is made using an SSL-encrypted payment form. Available payment methods: debit cards, mobile payment, Klarna and Free Spirit Drinks gift voucher.Â
- Payment cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover): payment card data are transmitted via a secure connection to the payment card broker. Card details are not stored in Free Spirit Drinks' own systems.

You can pay for part or all of your order with Free Spirit Drinks gift cards, if the gift card is purchased on or after 1 May 2025.
5 DeliveryÂ
Placing an orderÂ
The order can be handed over to the subscriber upon presentation of the order number and a valid identity document. If the recipient is a person other than the subscriber, the order will only be released against confirmation of the order and a valid identity document. Any person receiving the order must comply with these conditions and any other legal requirements for delivery.
6 Right of withdrawal and returnÂ
The consumer customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act. The consumer-customer must notify Free Spirit Drinks of the withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the Product and the Product must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice. Cancellation instructions and the available cancellation form have been provided with the order confirmation. Simply returning or not collecting the Product is not sufficient; the Consumer-Customer must also make a separate cancellation notification. If the Consumer-Customer is unable to print the form, the form can be requested by contacting Free Spirit Drinks Customer Service.
In addition, the consumer customer must present an order confirmation/receipt of his/her purchase when returning the goods. The Consumer Customer can return the Products by bringing them to the Free Spirit Drinks store. The Consumer Customer may also leave the returned Products with the carrier. In this case, the Products must be carefully packed to avoid damage or breakage. The Consumer-Customer is responsible for the costs of returning the Products, including packaging and shipping costs.
The Consumer-Customer must keep the Product received substantially unchanged and undiminished, otherwise the Consumer-Customer loses the right of return. The Product to be returned must be in a condition as sold and the original sales packaging must be clean and complete. An opened Product cannot be returned. The Consumer-Customer must return the Products in their original sales packaging. The cardboard transport packaging may be opened.
The price of duly returned Products will be refunded to the Consumer no later than 14 days after the Consumer-Customer has submitted a cancellation notice and returned the Products to Free Spirit Drinks. If the Consumer-Customer returns only part of the order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. The money will be refunded by the same payment method used by the Consumer-Customer when placing the order.
If the Consumer-Customer cancels an order for the Products by giving an express notice of cancellation or by not collecting the Products, Free Spirit Drinks shall be entitled, at its discretion, either to release the Products in question for sale or, if necessary, to destroy the Products.
7 Error reports and limitation of liabilityÂ
Free Spirit Drinks is liable for defects in the Products and delivery in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The consumer-customer must notify Free Spirit Drinks of the defect within a reasonable time to allow Free Spirit Drinks the opportunity to correct or otherwise remedy any defect. The Customer must deliver the defective Product to the Free Spirit Drinks store. When reporting a defect in the delivery, the Customer is required to provide an order confirmation/receipt for the order placed. Complaints will not be processed at Free Spirit Drinks' pick-up points. Free Spirit Drinks will replace or otherwise refund the defective Product.
Error reports must be made in writing. Only written error reports will be processed. Error reports can be sent by e-mail to contact@freespiritdrink.com or by post to Free Spirit Drinks Oy, Fabianinkatu 31, 00100 Helsinki, Finland.
Subject to the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, Free Spirit Drinks shall not be liable for any consequential damage caused to the Consumer-Customer and Free Spirit Drinks' liability for any direct damage caused to the Consumer-Customer by a breach of contract shall be limited to an amount equal to the total price of the Products sold.
8 Processing of personal data and cookiesÂ
Personal data provided by the customer electronically or otherwise will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and national legislation.
Personal data concerning the customer is collected and stored in a customer register maintained by Free Spirit Drinks. The use of personal data and cookies is described on the Free Spirit Drinks website.
9 Applicable law and dispute resolutionÂ
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Order and Delivery shall be resolved primarily by negotiation between Free Spirit Drinks and the Customer. If the negotiations do not lead to an amicable outcome, the dispute shall be settled before the general court of the jurisdiction of the Consumer-Customer's domicile. However, the Consumer-Customer shall always have the right to bring any dispute arising from these terms and conditions before the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). The consumer-customer may also choose to initiate dispute resolution via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). To use the ODR platform, you need to have a Free Spirit Drinks email address, which is contact@freespiritdrink.com.
