Free Spirit stores were born out of the need to offer appreciation to both customers who consume non-alcoholic beverages and the high-quality non-alcoholic beverages themselves. With customer experience in mind, we designed a space on Fabianinkatu in Helsinki in 2024 where non-alcoholic beverages, such as wines, spirits, and beers, take center stage, with personalized customer service helping to find the right products. The opportunity to sample non-alcoholic wine and spirit products in a comfortable environment makes the shopping experience a holistic experience that many customers are happy to return to.
