Free Spirit stores were born out of a need to show appreciation both for customers who drink non-alcoholic beverages and for high-quality non-alcoholic beverages themselves. With the customer experience in mind, we designed a space on Fabianinkatu in Helsinki for 2024 where non-alcoholic beverages—such as wines, sparkling teas, spirits, and beers—take center stage, with personalized customer service helping customers find the right products.
The opportunity to sample non-alcoholic wines and spirits in a cozy setting turns the shopping experience into a well-rounded one that many customers are happy to return to. – You no longer have to buy products blindly.
