Ohne Kater is produced in Germany, using Caberbet Franc and Regent -grapes, which have an excellent profile for a non-alcoholic rosé because of their resilience and aromatic character.
The alcohol is gently removed from the wine using vacuum distillation technology at low pressure, which preserves the wine's aromas, flavour and structure. The result is a rosé wine of uncompromising quality, free from alcohol, with all the characteristics that are most important to a wine lover.
