Lautus Savvy White is a subtly aromatic and pleasant non-alcoholic wine. It has a fruity aroma with hints of blackcurrant, green pepper and citrus. The palate is dry mineral, fresh and very refreshing, with a deliciously rich acidity. Despite the lack of warmth from the alcohol, the tropical fruit and lime zest notes are clearly evident.

This non-alcoholic white wine is perfect with pasta, soft cheeses and white fish.

The lute the production process pays particular attention to the condition of the grapes, with careful handling at all stages to maintain the full aromatic spectrum. Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested and processed at the winery, where they are lightly crushed and left overnight in tanks to settle.

Grape marc is in contact with the grape skins to maximise the aromas. Keeping the tank temperature low is important to prevent oxidation and spontaneous fermentation.
