DC Darling Cellars Shiraz is a non-alcoholic red wine that captivates with its deep ruby red colour and complex aromas. This non-alcoholic wine combines ripe red fruit, crushed black pepper, dried rose petals and cherry caramel. The palate is finished with gently sharp tannins of French oak.
DC Shiraz is a tribute to the South African soil, which provides the vines with a mineral-rich growing medium that gives the non-alcoholic wines a very special aroma structure. Shiraz grapes are harvested from Darling's dry-grown vineyards, where the vines grow bushy without support.
