This alcohol-free wine combines ripe red fruits, crushed black pepper, dried rose petals, and cherry caramel. The flavor is rounded out by the gentle, full-bodied tannins of French oak, which perfectly accentuate the wine’s oaky and leathery aromas.
DC Shiraz is a tribute to the South African soil, which provides the vines with a mineral-rich growing medium that gives the non-alcoholic wines a very special aroma structure. Shiraz grapes are harvested from Darling's dry-grown vineyards, where the vines grow bushy without support.
