Lautus Savvy Red on tyylikäs keskitäyteläinen alkoholiton punaviini, joka tarjoaa puhtaita makuja ja tasapainoisen sekoituksen laadukkaille punaviineille tyypillisiä aromeja. The South African Savvy Red non-alcoholic red wine is a balanced blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Pinotage grapes harvested from different vineyards in the Coastal Region.
The uniqueness of Lautus Savvy Red starts in the vineyards. Not all grape varieties are harvested at the same time: some are harvested early to preserve high acidity, while others are picked later for fuller ripeness. This careful timing ensures that the wine has an excellent balance.
The fermentation process takes place in vertical fermentors at 26-28 °C and vthe wine is matured in oak barrels for 9-12 months, after which the alcohol is removed using a gentle vacuum method.
