DC Darling Cellars Sauvignon Blanc is a non-alcoholic white wine that captivates with ripe aromas of tropical fruits, yellow peaches and gooseberries. The wine is complemented by fresh acidity and a long finish.
This dry, non-alcoholic white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes is perfect with seafood, especially fresh mussels or oysters.
Darling Cellars wines are made just like any other normal wine. The alcohol is then removed from the wine using innovative technology that preserves the wine's original characteristics. The alcohol is removed at a low temperature in a vacuum, leaving no more than 0.5% alcohol by volume in the wine.
Darling Cellars' range of non-alcoholic wines focuses on fruity, varietally faithful and high quality wines. The grapes are harvested from dry-grown vineyards in Darling, where the vines grow bushy without support.
DC Sauvignon Blanc offers the true pleasure of wine without the alcohol - the perfect balance of taste and quality!
