Cero Chardonnay is an aromatic, non-alcoholic white wine that offers the intense, powerful Chardonnay experience. Cero Chardonnay is produced in California, USA, using the Chardonnay grape, the most widely grown grape variety in the state. Chardonnay thrives in California's diverse climatic conditions, including the region's unique advective humidity. This phenomenon occurs when a cold California ocean current, originating in Alaska and flowing along the US coast, meets warm, moist Pacific air. As the warm air rises above the cold air, it forms a dense fog that settles on the vineyards and creates ideal growing conditions for the grapes.
The alcohol is gently removed from this Chardonnay wine using vacuum distillation technology at low pressure, which preserves the wine's aromas, flavour and structure. The result is a high quality, alcohol-free white wine that retains its original characteristics.
