Cero Rosé is a fresh, non-alcoholic rosé wine that has fallen in love with both restaurants and consumers who enjoy quality wines. Its beautiful pink colour and refined bouquet bring out the aromas of apple, nectarine, peach, citrus and spices. The taste of this non-alcoholic rosé wine is delicious, semi-dry and balanced, with a pleasant acidity that complements the characteristics that are typical of rosé wines.
Cero Rosé is suitable as an aperitif as well as a vodka.as an aperitif or with alcoholic and red meats and soft cheeses.
Cero Rosé is made from the Californian Colombard grape, known for its fresh acidity. Originally from France, the grape is perfectly adapted to the Californian climate. This non-alcoholic wine takes advantage of old vineyards that survived even under US Prohibition (1920-1933). Many of the vineyards were planted in the late 19th century and are still in use, providing top quality grapes for non-alcoholic wines.
The alcohol is gently removed from the wine by a vacuum distillation process using low pressure and a temperature of around 28°C. This method preserves the aromas and flavours of non-alcoholic rosé wine.
