Plenty of ice and a slice of lemon top off this elegant non-alcoholic cocktail, which works perfectly as both an aperitif and a companion for summer parties.

Ingredients:
- 6 cl non-alcoholic limoncello
- 12 cl of non-alcoholic dry or semi-dry sparkling wine
- Plenty of ice
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a straw, if desired
Other accessories:
A wine glass or a large spritz glass, along with a long-handled spoon or a stirrer.
INSTRUCTION:
Fill the glass with plenty of ice. Add the non-alcoholic limoncello and top it off with non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
Stir gently with a long spoon or a stirrer to keep the drink fizzy.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve well chilled.
