Varvaglione’s ready-to-drink non-alcoholic bitter-based Spritz is combined with crushed ice to create a refreshing frozen version of the classic Italian aperitif. A light bitter orange flavor, bubbly freshness, and smooth texture make this a stunning non-alcoholic cocktail that’s perfect for warm summer days, brunch, or special occasions.

Ingredients:
- 24 cl Varvaglione Non-Alcoholic Spritz
- A generous amount of ice or crushed ice (about 3–4 cups)
- An orange slice for garnish
- If you'd like, a whistle
Other accessories:
A blender and a large wine glass or spritz glass.
INSTRUCTION:
Add the non-alcoholic Spritz and plenty of ice to the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, but still icy.
You can also freeze half of the Varvaglione Spritz and use slightly fewer ice cubes. This will make the drink even richer.
Pour the frozen Aperol Spritz into a glass. If you like, add a heap of frozen Spritz mixture on top as a garnish.
Garnish with a slice of orange and serve immediately to keep it icy cold.
