REBELS 0.0% Malt Blend brings bourbon-like warmth and roundness to the drink, while a small amount of Abstinence Cape Malt adds depth with a subtle smokiness. Hot coffee and light whipped cream round out this non-alcoholic version of the iconic coffee drink, which works perfectly as a dessert cocktail or simply for sipping.

INGREDIENTS:
- 5 cl REBELS 0.0% Malt Blend
- 2 cl Abstinence Cape Malt
- 12 cl of hot, high-quality coffee
- Lightly whipped oat cream or whipped cream
- Garnish with a little dark cocoa powder or grated nutmeg
OTHER SUPPLIES:
A heat-resistant Irish Coffee glass or a large coffee glass, plus a spoon.
INSTRUCTION:
Lightly whip the oat cream or whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Rinse the glass with hot water and pour the water out.
Add REBELS Malt Blend and a small amount of Abstinence Cape Malt to the glass. Pour hot coffee over it and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Carefully spoon the oat or whipped cream foam onto the surface of the drink.
If desired, finish with dark cocoa powder or a pinch of nutmeg.
Serve immediately while still warm.
