The non-alcoholic Negroni is a classic bitter cocktail, still sadly rarely seen on restaurant mocktail menus. However, with the Negroni recipe and ready-to-drink kit, you can make it yourself at home and enjoy the perfect harmony of bitters, gin and vermouth. This is as good as a non-alcoholic Negroni gets!
Negroni was born in 1919 in Florence, when Count Camillo Negroni asked for a stronger version of his favourite drink, the Americano - gin was substituted for soda. The iconic blend was born, combining gin, bitters and sweet vermouth.
