Prima Pavé – Rosé Brutis made in Northern Italy from carefully selected grapes that lend the wine both structure and aromatic complexity. Montepulciano d’Abruzzo lends the wine notes of red berries, while Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer contribute freshness, fruitiness, and floral nuances.
The alcohol is gently removed from the wine using reverse osmosis, which helps preserve the wine’s original aromas, flavor, and structure as authentically as possible.
The aroma features notes of red currant, lychee, melon, peach skin, and mandarin. On the palate, the wine is dry, fresh, and well-balanced, with fruitiness combined with lively acidity and fine bubbles. The finish is clean, long, and refreshingly fruity.
Prima Pavé Rosé Brut is a versatile non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine that works just as well as an aperitif as it does with a meal. It pairs particularly well with prosciutto, shrimp, seared salmon, and a classic Margherita pizza.
