T&S Noughty Sparkling Rosé is made from organically grown Tempranillo grapes. Tempranillo is known for its ability to produce fruity and well-balanced rosé wines, which makes it an excellent base for non-alcoholic sparkling rosé as well.
The alcohol is gently removed from the wine through vacuum distillation using a method that recovers the aromas, which helps preserve the wine’s aromas, flavor, and structure. The result is a completely alcohol-free rosé sparkling wine that retains the authentic character of Tempranillo.
The aroma profile of Noughty Sparkling Rosé combines fresh summer berries, crisp acidity, and refined bubbles. Its berry notes and acidity balance the wine’s sweetness, making it easy to pair with a wide variety of foods.
