Grand Cuvée is made in Northern Italy from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The result is a well-structured, delicate non-alcoholic sparkling wine that represents the pinnacle of dry non-alcoholic sparkling wines and offers an alternative for discerning wine lovers.
The alcohol is gently removed from the wine using reverse osmosis, which helps preserve the wine’s original aromas, structure, and balance as authentically as possible.
The aroma features notes of orange blossom, dried apricot, baked pear, and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, the wine is dry, fresh, and creamy. Fine bubbles add structure to the wine, and the finish is clean, long, and balanced.
Prima Pavé Grand Cuvée is just as perfect as an aperitif as it is with a meal. Its complex bouquet and full-bodied style make it an excellent pairing for grilled lobster, crispy pork chops, Peking duck, and creamy risottos.
