The Non-Alcoholic Limoncello Spritz is a refreshing, large-sized non-alcoholic cocktail. Its citrusy, slightly bitter, and delightfully bubbly flavor makes it the perfect non-alcoholic drink for parties, graduations, weddings, and sharing with friends!
In this punch, Italian non-alcoholic limoncello is combined with dry, Italian non-alcoholic sparkling wine, refreshing tonic water, and San Pellegrino’s crisp carbonation. Lemon slices and lemon basil round out the drink, making it perfect for summer parties, brunch, garden parties, or as a welcome drink.
This Italian non-alcoholic summer punch makes a generous serving for 25–30 people.
INGREDIENTS:
- 75 cl non-alcoholic Bella Crema Di Limone limoncello
- 75 cl of non-alcoholic dry Varvaglione 1921 Sparkling
- 150–200 cl dry tonic water
- 75 cl San Pellegrino mineral water
- 2 lemons, sliced (the slices can be frozen)
- A handful of lemon basil
- Plenty of ice (large and giant ice chunks melt the slowest)
- Optional: edible flowers, lavender
OTHER SUPPLIES:
A large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, along with a ladle for serving.
INSTRUCTION:
Wash the lemons thoroughly and slice them into thin slices. You can freeze the slices to use as ice cubes. When freezing them, arrange the slices side by side in a resealable freezer bag so they don’t freeze together.
Pour the non-alcoholic limoncello, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, tonic water, and San Pellegrino into a punch bowl. Stir gently to preserve the bubbles.
Add the ice carefully so the drink doesn't foam up.
Add the lemon and lime slices and the lemon basil leaves.
Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes before serving.
Serve in wine or spritz glasses with plenty of ice. Use a ladle to serve.
If desired, garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of lemon basil.
TIP:
Make impressive large ice cubes in advance by freezing edible flowers in ice cube trays or small freezer containers. Large ice cubes melt more slowly than regular ones, keeping your drink cool without diluting it too much. For example, chamomile, violets, marigolds, and lavender are perfect for a summery Limoncello Spritz Punch.
