Frozen Gin & Tonic is a non-alcoholic cocktail that’s even colder than cold: tart, icy, aromatic, and wonderfully refreshing!
Non-alcoholic dry gin is combined with half-frozen tonic water, creating a smooth, frozen texture without being overly watery. The juniper berry and herbal aromas, citrus notes, and the subtle bitterness of the tonic water make this a summery cocktail that’s perfect for warm days and as an aperitif.
Enjoy the refreshing taste of a classic gin and tonic – without the alcohol! This recipe is for two people.
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 cl non-alcoholic gin
- 20 cl tonic water
- 6–8 ice cubes
- Garnish with a lime wedge or a sprig of rosemary
- If you'd like, a whistle
OTHER SUPPLIES:
A blender and a large cocktail or long drink glass.
INSTRUCTION:
Freeze about half of the tonic water in an ice cube tray beforehand.
Add the non-alcoholic gin, the remaining tonic water, the chilled tonic, and a few ice cubes to the blender. Blend quickly until the mixture is smooth, icy, and slushy. Add more ice if needed, if the consistency doesn’t seem right.
Pour the frozen Gin & Tonic into a glass. You can also chill the glass before serving.
Garnish as desired with a lime wedge, rosemary, and juniper berries – and serve immediately.
