Botaniets Ginger & Yuzu is an award-winning non-alcoholic botanical-style spirit produced in Belgium using traditional distillation methods. The drink is made using a unique process in which the botanical ingredients are first distilled into an alcohol base, and the alcohol is later removed. This seven-day triple distillation process preserves the depth and complexity of the botanical aromas without the alcohol.
The drink’s flavor profile is built around carefully selected natural ingredients: juniper berries, cardamom, fresh ginger, and Japanese yuzu peel. The combination of these ingredients creates a fresh, complex, and well-balanced taste.
