Ingredients:
- 6 cl REBELS 0.0% Botanical Dry (Gin)
- 9 cl ginger beer, Swiss Mountain Spring
- Plenty of ice or crushed ice
- Lime parcels
- Lime wedge for garnish
Other accessories:
A tall glass or mule-bowl, and a long-handled spoon or stirring stick.
INSTRUCTION:
Wash the lime well and chop it. Add the lime wedges to the bottom of the glass. Smash the limes and pour the non-alcoholic spirit into the glass. Stir with a spoon.
Fill the glass with ice and top with ginger beer. Using a long stirring stick or spoon, mix the ingredients well.
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge.
