Ohne Kater is produced in Bad Bergzabern, Germany , using Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes , which fit the profile of this persuasive non-alcoholic red wine because of their robust aromatic character.
The alcohol is gently removed from the wine using vacuum distillation technology at low pressure, which preserves the wine's aromas, flavour and structure. The end result is a red wine of uncompromising quality, alcohol-free and with all the characteristics that are most important to a wine lover.
