Ohne Kater is produced in Bad Bergzabern, Germany, using Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes. The aromatic and full-bodied character of these grape varieties is a perfect match for the profile of this non-alcoholic red wine.

The alcohol is gently removed from the wine using vacuum distillation technology at low pressure, employing a method that captures the aromas, which helps preserve the wine’s aromas, flavor, and structure.
