Ohne Kater is produced in Bad Bergzarbern, Germany, using Cabernet Franc and Regent grapes. The aromatic and vibrant character of these grape varieties is ideally suited for making non-alcoholic rosé wine, lending the wine freshness and a fruity character.

The alcohol is gently removed from the wine using vacuum distillation technology at low pressure, employing a method that captures the aromas, which helps preserve the wine’s aromas, flavor, and structure.
