T&S Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay is made from organically grown Chardonnay grapes in La Mancha, Spain. Chardonnay is known as one of the world’s most highly regarded grape varieties for sparkling wines, and its fresh acidity and balanced structure make it ideal for producing non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
The alcohol is gently removed from the wine through vacuum distillation, using the “house method” for preserving aromas, which helps to retain the wine’s aromas, flavor, and structure. The result is an alcohol-free sparkling wine that reflects the wine’s true character as faithfully as possible.
Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay offers a fresh and dry profile, where hints of green apple blend with lively acidity and a refined effervescence. Its style is reminiscent of classic Chardonnay-based sparkling wines, making it an excellent choice both as an aperitif and with a meal.
