This wine embodies the classic Central European white wine style with a modern twist. The limestone soils and warm climate of the Palatinate lend the wine balance and purity. This Pinot Blanc is aged partly in new and partly in used 500-liter oak barrels.

The alcohol is gently removed from the wine under vacuum, keeping the temperature low and preserving the aromas as authentically as possible. The aromatic compounds captured during the process are reintroduced into the final product.

The aromas are clean and distinct: apple, lemon, lime, and a light floral note with a hint of mint. The palate is full-bodied, with a subtle woody note, and the finish is lingering, fresh, and mineral-driven.
