Our store hosts non-alcoholic pre-Christmas parties and events for up to 50 people. Come celebrate an unforgettable event at Europe’s largest premium non-alcoholic beverage store. During the event, you’ll have the chance to explore non-alcoholic products and their unique features under the guidance of an expert, while enjoying a small, themed snack. For an additional fee, you can also add a more comprehensive catering service, a 0% champagne tower, or, for example, Lucky Tart’s Lucky Boxes to the event. If needed, we can also bring the beverages to your company’s office or another venue.
Our trained event planning team will help you plan your event free of charge.
The event can be held in Finnish and English.
LOCATION: Free Spirit store, Fabianinkatu 31, 00100 Helsinki
TIME: Preferably outside of store hours: 9–11 a.m. or 7–10 p.m.
DURATION: The event lasts approximately 1 - 1.5 hours.
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:4–50 people
PRICING:
- PRE-CHRISTMAS TASTING - BASIC FEE: 42€ per person (including tax).
- The price includes about 10 different items to sample, snacks, and guidance from an expert.
PAYMENT: On-site, via B2B invoice, or online in advance ( add the desired number of participants (=product quantity) to your cart and pay at checkout)

IF YOU'D LIKE TO HOST A PRE-CHRISTMAS TASTING EVENT AT YOUR OWN VENUE, OUR PRICING REMAINS THE SAME. WE'LL SIMPLY ADD TRAVEL EXPENSES AND, IF NECESSARY, THE COST OF GLASSWARE RENTAL.
Participants will receive a 10% discount on purchases made during the event week. The discount can also be applied to a company’s B2B Christmas gift purchases.
If you'd like to schedule a tasting while the store is open, please contact us to inquire about availability. We strive to arrange tastings as flexibly as possible to accommodate our customers’ schedules, provided the store has the capacity to do so.
