French Bloom Le Rosé is based on a French oak-aged Chardonnay, complemented by subtle notes of Pinot Noir. The blend of grape varieties creates a balanced and multifaceted profile that is characteristic of the French Bloom style.
The alcohol is gently removed from the wine through vacuum distillation, which helps preserve the wine’s aromas, flavor, and structure. The result is a completely alcohol-free rosé sparkling wine in which the wine’s authentic character is preserved as close to its original form as possible.
Le Rosé’s bouquet combines rose petals, fresh red berries, and hints of dried white peaches. Its minerality and fresh acidity make it a well-balanced and versatile rosé sparkling wine.
French Bloom Le Rosé pairs perfectly with grilled dishes, cheeses, fish dishes, seafood, salads, light meat dishes, as well as berries, fruits, and sweet desserts.
